Before you begin
Clear answers about photos, approval, payment, production and support.
No. You can browse products and Moments without signing in. Sign-in is required before private photos are uploaded or a design is saved.
Yes, if the face and defining markings are clear, well lit and unobstructed. A technically accepted photo is not a promise that every source image will produce the same level of detail; we may ask for another photo before an order can continue.
Yes. You review the portrait, item and selected options before you approve that version and continue to checkout.
Before you pay, you can try new previews within your free daily limit; those aren't counted as changes. After you pay, we check your design for production. If we send you an updated preview and it isn't quite right, you can ask for up to three changes within 30 days of payment. Damage, an incorrect item or a verified production defect follows the quality-issue process instead.
Tell us within 3 days of delivery what looks off, with a photo of your piece. We'll remake it once for free, shipping included, and you don't need to send the first one back. You'll approve the new preview first, with one round of changes. Remakes join our production queue and are estimated to ship 7–14 business days after you approve the new preview. For orders delivered November 16–December 24, tell us by December 28. This remake is offered instead of a refund.
Use the supported estimate shown before payment for the selected piece, destination and shipping method. If a dispatch time is not stated, the Shipping Policy explains the 30-day default and your delay or cancellation choices.
Keep the item, packaging and clear photos, then contact HEARTKNOWN with the order reference. A confirmed issue is resolved with a free remake or an original-payment refund, depending on the verified facts.
Payment does not automatically confirm production. Product availability and production files are checked first, and production remains unauthorized until the required staff review is complete.
The first storefront is for United States delivery, English content and USD pricing. Available methods and charges are confirmed before payment.
