This page describes the operating privacy boundaries of the HEARTKNOWN development storefront.

Customer identity

Shopify Customer Account handles sign-in. HEARTKNOWN keeps an opaque server session and does not use email as the ownership key for designs or orders.

Pet photos and design files

Source photos and internal artwork are private assets used to provide customization. Production delivery files contain only what the production partner needs for the selected item.

Payment data

Shopify hosts checkout. HEARTKNOWN does not receive or store payment card details.
