We don't print it until you say it's them.

Nothing moves toward production on our judgement of what your pet looks like. The version you approve becomes the order reference.
Prepared for the piece you chose
After payment, HEARTKNOWN checks current product availability and prepares the production file for that item. A production partner receives only the file, recipient details and order facts needed to make and deliver it.
