How it works

Start with a photo you already have.

The product, portrait, approval, payment and production checks happen in that order.

Start with a published product and one of its currently available options. Price and availability are checked again before checkout.

    2. Add your pet photos

    Upload one to three clear photos that you own or have permission to use. If the face or defining markings are not clear enough, we may ask for another photo before an order can continue.

      3. Choose a starting look

      The available looks are limited to those compatible with the selected Moment, product and production method.

        Review the portrait

        4. Review and approve

        Review the portrait, product, options, quantity and price together. Checkout opens only after you approve that version. Payment confirms it as the order reference.

          Preparing the approved piece

          5. Final checks, production and delivery

          After payment, product availability and production files are checked again. Production stays unauthorized until staff review and separate production approval. Tracking appears only after a real carrier tracking fact exists.
